The “EspoCRM WordPress Exchange” module is specifically developed for the EspoCRM platform and is designed for data exchange between EspoCRM and WordPress. This module allows configuring the correspondence between various record types and fields in EspoCRM and WordPress.
The main functionality of the module includes the ability to configure the mapping of EspoCRM entities with WordPress post types and mapping specific fields between these entities. For example, you can set up the mapping between the “Contact” entity in EspoCRM and the “User” post type in WordPress. You can also define which fields from EspoCRM should be transferred to WordPress for each post type.
During the data exchange process, data is transmitted by both systems. From EspoCRM, scalar-value fields such as name, last name, email address, etc., are sent. Fields for featured images and media files are also transmitted. From WordPress, only scalar-value fields are sent.
The module requires another module called “EspoCRM Api Log” to be present. This module allows tracking and logging all requests and responses related to the API interfaces of EspoCRM and WordPress.
The “BPM2B WordPress Exchange” module is a reliable tool for data exchange between EspoCRM and WordPress. It effectively manages the correspondence of data and fields between these systems, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of both systems.
